We all have distinct experiences and skills to share with each other: Gewächshaus invites filmmakers of color to join monthly collaborative working sessions. While fostering a relaxed atmosphere for exchange, everyone will have time to work on their own stuff. 
Inspiring personalities from the film world are invited to our gatherings to share their work, hands on experience, and creative path. Let’s create a network of changemakers to catalyze the film industry and shift existing power dynamics!
Learning from the Best emphasizes peer-to-peer interaction within a safer working space for filmmakers affected by structural racism. The program aims to equip filmmakers with the knowledge they need to navigate and succeed in the film industry.

The Coworking Circle is a project of Gewächshaus – BIPOC Film Network in cooperation with Brunnen­passage in the framework of Cultural Transformation Movement (CTM).
